The infrastructural design components include earthworks, site drainage, road access and circulation system, water supply and sewerage. The structural components ranged from reinforced concrete, prestress concrete, structural steel, timber, etc. Our experience in overall planning and co-ordinated design development for earthworks, roads, drainage, sewerage water supply as well as structures enables us to propose to clients, where feasible, options for phased implementation of the works while fully meeting the project’s technical requirements.

The Engineers are well conversant with all authority requirements for the design and construction stages, and will ensure quality of construction to facilitate final approval and the subsequent issue of the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) by the relevant local authority.

The C & S team is supported by a strong geotechnical design team to undertake complex projects.
