Geotechnical


GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (1 position)

    • Possess recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. Experience in authority submission will be added advantage.
    • Minimum 2 – 5 years working experience in related field.
    • Exercise limited judgment on details of work.
    • To meet client and applicable statutory, regulatory and environmental requirements.
    • To implement action plans from risks and opportunities assessment Perform routine design tasks.
    • Assist on other tasks such as BQ, drawings, computer aided design work.
    • Assign work and coordinate with drafting and administrative staff.
    • Computer literate with knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Good communication skills in spoken and written both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

ALIGNMENT ENGINEERS – TRACK WORKS (5 positions)

    • Bachelor Degree in Railway Industry.
    • Must have 5 years working experience in Railway Track Alignment Design.
    • AutoCAD, StaadPro, Alignment Software Open Rail/ Power Rail / MX Rail.
    • Design of Horizontal, Vertical, Elements and Cross section of Railway Track.
    • Organize review sessions as appropriate to alignment design documents, submitting, reports, calculation notes and related design activities.
    • Design and review of alignment interfaces of elevated sections stations and depot alignment.
    • Design and coping slab alignment.
    • Preparation of Standard Engineering Compilations, Material Quality take offs, estimate, surveys and designs.
    • Preparing and checking the plan, drawings and qualities accurately.
    • Planning and co-ordination of day to day activities involved in platform Track Alignment design.
    • Co-ordination with onsite engineers and customer, ensuring smooth work flow.
    • Planning and co-ordination of day-to-day activities involved project execution.
    • Knowledge of Computers, email, excel and power point presentation etc.
    • Good communication skills in spoken and written English.

ASSISSTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER – BASED IN KLANG VALLEY (1 position)

    • Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum 5 – 10 years experience in ground treatment works (R&R in soft ground, Surcharge Preloading and Instrumentation Monitoring) and earthworks for highway / road projects.
    • Able to carry out assessment and cost effective design with minimum supervision.
    • Able to coordinate and liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities etc to ensure smooth project implementation.
    • To attend project meetings and prepare progress reports as well as presentation slides, whenever required.
    • Review method statement, test results and other necessary documents.

SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS (2 positions)

    • Possess degree in Civil Engineering. Master degree in structural engineering will be advantage.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in design of steel structures and high rise buildings is essential.
    • Sound Computer knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office &Software Applications particularly Staad Pro, Orion, Etabs or SAP2000.

SENIOR DRAUGHTSMAN (2 positions)

    • Possess minimum Certificate in Drafting.

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEERING (1 position)

>Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Required software skills such as MX Road, MiTS, Miduss, 12D Model, ACAD, MSOffice, etc.
  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience.

Skills Required

  • Able to undertake large infrastructure engineering conceptual planning and master planning.
  • Able to undertake design management of large infrastructure projects with less supervision.
  • Comprehend fully in design of earthworks, escp, roads, drainage, water reticulation and sewerage.
  • Understand fully authority submission procedures and able to handle submissions.
  • Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
  • Able in tender document preparation and manage contracts.

Job Description

  • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
  • Using a range of computer software for developing detailed design.
  • Liaising with clients, authorities and a variety of professionals including architects and contractors.
  • Preparing submission documents and obtaining authorities approvals.
  • Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
  • Resolving design and development problems.
  • Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
  • Ensuring projects run smoothly and job schedules are completed on time.
  • Preparation of Project proposal.
  • Interacting with client, authority, contractors, attending meetings, etc.
  • Conducting project/site meetings & make presentations.

 

INSPECTOR OF WORK (1 position)

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, either in Civil & Structural or M&E or
    Architectural
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the supervision of property development or construction projects
  • Preferably with ISO experience.
  • Self-motivated and is able to work independently
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Willing to work 5 and half days per week and weekends
  • Strong team management and top down construction
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and coordination skill.
  • Hardworking, responsible and good working attitude
  • Willing to work 6 days per week and based at Bukit Raja, Klang site

Job Description

  • Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works and adhere to document control procedure.
  • Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans and procedures.
  • Execute inspections and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans and to utilize quality control mechanisms as provided for by
    quality management system. Issue memo to contractors for non-compliance of the required Quality Standard, Construction drawings
    and Specifications.
  • Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
  • Check construction drawings and specifications. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is found.
  • Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period.

RESIDENT ENGINEER(1 position)

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia as Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Minimum ten years of related working experience preferably from Property Development or Construction industry.
  • Solid background in Road and Bridge Engineering and preferably currently as a Resident Engineer specializing in C&S
  • Strong team management and top down construction
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Hardworking, responsible and good working attitude
  • Willing to work 6 days per week and based at Bukit Raja, Klang site

Job Description

  • Responsible for the following up on instruction & commitments associated with the project
  • Study and check all drawings for discrepancies
  • Supervise crucial structure elements and foundation works with constant checks on details before the contractor putting the
    work of each operation in hand
  • Keep the detailed record on site, and report to the Project manager on the progress report weekly.
  • Assist the Project manager in verifying the design of temporary works by the contractor against actual conditions on site, and
    recommend modification to suit if necessary.
  • Review the status of the project site consistently during the excavation and construction of the all aboveground and
    underground structures, utilities and maintain a stability of the existing structures
  • Ensure the working procedure to comply with the relevant statutory requirement, agreed method and recommend modification to the
    process, if necessary, to solve any on-site problems.
  • Give instructions to the contractor for any testing or investigation work
  • Initiate requests for variations to work and ensure that sufficient information is provided to decide that a proposed
    modification should be sanctioned. Inspect the completed work and prepare defect lists if necessary
  • Ensure that the items in the defect lists are rectified when required and carry out such further inspections as necessary to
    ensure that the work is completed.
  • Attend site meetings, progress meetings, design and technical meetings, meet up with statutory bodies as required and
    representing the company in all relevant meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including contractor and local authorities to facilitate the construction
    activities
  • Signing as the site supervisor for application of permit to commence railing, cladding and other submissions carry out by the
    contractor’s PE

 

Mechanical & Electrical



 SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (1 position)

      • Possess degree in Mechanical Engineering.
      • Minimum 3 years experience in Design of ACMV, Sanitary, Plumbing and Fire Fighting for Building Services.
      • Well verse with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Software applications.
      • Display leadership quality and perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
      • Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
      • Good attitude, positive thinking and committed to excellence.

Commercial


 RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT  (1 position)

    • Possess minimum SPM/Certificate/ Diploma.
    • Minimum 1 year experience in administration and front desk.
    • Responsible for all incoming telephone inquiries, answer calls, take messages, transfer calls and provide information to other departments upon request.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel and Power point.
    • Good communication skills in spoken and written English/ Malay.
